For Pole classes, bare arms and legs are essential to grip the pole, so we would recommend shorts and a t-shirt or vest, with bare feet – in the beginning you can wear whatever is comfortable, and we will work around you. Avoid wearing any creams or lotions on the day of your class, as this can affect your grip on the pole.

For Aerial classes, close-fitting cotton layers such as leggings and a vest or t-shirt that covers the waist. Silks can cause friction burn so a layer to cover the armpits such as a sleeved t-shirt can be helpful to have with you.

We offer two flexible payment options, either paying for classes as you go (PAYG) where classes are £12 each. Or if you enjoy our classes and want to buy in bulk we offer Class Packs where the more you buy the more you save. Our cheapest class pack is £31.50 for 3 classes, these expire after 31 days.

Most of our evening classes are for 18+, however we do have a number of classes which accept students of a lower age. These are clearly marked on the lesson description and title on our booking website. We also offer children’s classes twice a month on weekends as well as workshops and holiday clubs.

We all start somewhere and with all disciplines we can start right down while both feet are on the ground. There are a huge number of skills that don’t require the ability to invert or climb straight away. Your instructor will teach you key skills that will build your strength, body awareness and confidence in no time.

Maybe you’ve trained before but had a break or you’ve come from a different studio and are not sure how your ability fits with our syllabus – either way, if you’re not sure which class is suitable then drop us an email and we can help point you in the right direction.

We regularly run children’s birthday parties, and we can also offer private lessons at a range of flexible times/days
