Due to the global pandemic and the associated restrictions to our class numbers, all classes will be priced at £12 per session and class packs will not be available to buy until further notice.
Classes have a maximum of 4 attendees and can get booked up quickly; classes must be booked and paid for in advance using our online booking system.
Please note: all bookings have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellation within 24 hours will be charged.
Who can attend classes?
From 27th July, for a short period, we will be welcoming back our regular student body. From 3rd August we look forward to inviting fresh faces to join us in the studio.
How can I book and pay?
You can book and pay for your class via our online booking system. Any problems booking on just drop us an email to email@example.com.
What should I wear/bring?
What should I wear?
Bare arms and legs are essential to grip the pole, so we would recommend shorts and a t-shirt or vest, with bare feet. Try not to moisturise the day of your class as this can affect your grip on the pole.
If you are joining us for an aerial hoop class then tight layers are best. Leggings work really well and while our hoops are unwrapped, you may also wish to pack a pair of shorts – this will allow you to get a better grip on the powder coated surface.
For yoga classes any comfortable gym clothes that will allow you to move freely will be suitable.
What should I bring?
We ask that you limit the amount of personal belongings you bring into the studio, as communal storage will not be available.
Please bring a filled water bottle and any grip that you might need (such as Dry Hands or Dew Point). Sharing of grip will be prohibited to minimise transmission risk.
