What is yoga for flexibility?
Our Yoga for Flexibility class is designed to increase your active flexibility, improve your range of motion, take you out of habitual movement patterns and relieve joint and muscle pain.
What are the benefits of taking yoga class?
Yoga is a great compliment to any aerial training and also for everyday life. This class will:
- Improve balance and posture
- Increase flexibility
- Develop coordination
- Protect from injury
- Increase muscle tone
What should I wear for yoga/flex classes?
For this class wear comfortable gym clothing – anything that will allow you to move freely.
How much do classes cost?
Classes are priced at £12 per session. Your first class with Spin city Newbury is free – just use the code YNXPANLJ when you book.

Do I need a mat?
Our studio floor has soft matting throughout, but you are welcome to bring a yoga mat along to class! Yoga blocks and straps can also be helpful but are not essential.
Nadine started out as an aerobics instructor before her 25 year career with the Army. She is now a full time fitness instructor, qualified PT and teaches pole, yoga and strength. Nadine has competed in a number of pole competitions as both a solo and doubles competitor.
